I’ll be on the lookout for opportunities to use this technique!

I have a felt sense that there must be some obstacle for this being useful, but the ideas I babbled for why that would be the case are all bad. My conclusion is, as it usually is, the first thought I think of, “I’ll try it and find out.”

The Timeless Habit formation worked for me, to an extent. It gets me to go to the gym much more often than I otherwise would, and it gave me the habit of eating fewer and smaller desserts. Reflecting on it again, there’s probably more to it that I can apply, but I don’t know what it would be.
